Is it free to join the wine club?
Yes! It is free to signup for our wine club. The only time we charge your card on file is when your allotment is about to become available, typically 1-2 weeks prior to the release party.
How do I join the wine club?
You can visit our Tasting Room and signup with one of our fantastic servers or you may fill out the application form on our website.
when will my card be charged?
We alert you prior to your card being charged and use the card we have on file with your account. Your allotment is typically charged 1-2 weeks prior to the release party (May and November). Once your card is charged we are unable to offer refunds, no exceptions.
Do I choose the wines in my allotment?
Our Wine Club Manager and General Manager work together to build the allotments for our club members. The allotments are based on our current wine inventory and we always include brand new releases that no one else has had the opporunity to try yet! Since the allotments are based on current inventory, we are unable to switch out any wines from the allotments.
How long do I have to pick up my allotment?
You have 60 days from the release party to visit the Tasting Room and pick up your allotment. If you are unable to do so within the given timeframe, we will give you a store credit on your account for the amount of the allotment and can only be used towards bottle purchases. No refunds are available. Members may not exceed two store credits, otherwise Milagro will automatically cancel the membership.
Can my spouse or friend use my membership if I am not present?
Memberships are under one person's name and the benefits are non-transferable. The club member must be present for their guest to enjoy the member's benefits.
WHEN IS MY ALLOTMENT AVAILABLE?
We release allotments in May and November each year.
Can my club discount be combined with other discounts offered in the Tasting Room?
Club members receive the highest discount we offer! Due to this, we do not combine or stack discounts with the club member discount.
Can you ship my allotment?
We do offer shipping for club allotments! Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to set up shipping.
Can I switch clubs?
Absolutely! Let our Wine Club Manager you would like to switch and she will take care of it for you. We do need ample notice prior to charging for the allotments so you are charged for the correct allotment you wish to receive and so we can ensure we have plenty of inventory to provide an allotment for you.
I need to update information on my account. How can I do so?
You are welcome to either reach out to our Wine Club Manager with your new information or login into your account on our website and update it there.
how do i rsvp to the release party?
Our Wine Club Manager will reach out to you via email many times leading up to the party with detailed information regarding the party, including how to RSVP. We require RSVP's to attend the party because we have to alert the caterer of the final guest count by the specific date given.
How do I cancel my club membership?
We are always sad to see our club members go, but we understand unforeseen situations arise. In order to cancel, you must reach out to our Wine Club Manager and she will handle the cancellation for you. You may cancel up to 1 month prior to the release party. You must stay in the wine club for at least 1 allotment otherwise you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
